The Rode Steel Roto Brush 70mm is an aggressive, high-quality stainless steel rotary brush designed for deep cleaning and removing excess hard paraffin glides, old wax residues, and dirt from ski bases (classic or skate). Its fine yet firm crimped steel bristles penetrate the structure effectively to extract wax from grooves without damaging the base or altering the grind pattern – ideal as the first brush after scraping hot applications or for pre-wax base prep.

Use at medium drill speed (1800–2500 RPM) with light pressure: 2–4 passes tip-to-tail for best results. Follow with horsehair, nylon, or softer brushes for polishing. The 70mm width fits standard 140mm roto handles (pair two for full coverage or mix with other brushes). Durable and long-lasting – a staple for race tuners and serious skiers in cold, dry conditions.
