Free shipping on orders of $100 or more, or some specific items (as indicated on each item)

We’re committed to making sure your gear is right for you. If you’re unsure about sizing, product selection, or need guidance, our experienced staff are happy to help before or after your purchase.

ONLINE PURCHASES

We accept returns on online purchases provided the following conditions are met:


-The item must not be discounted more than 10%.


-Items marked down by 20% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.


-Refund requests must be initiated within

48 hours of receiving your order.


-Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in

resalable condition.


-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.We are unable to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or price comparisons.


-Bicycles and Nordic skis are final sale — no exceptions.


Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

IN-STORE PICK UP

If you purchase an item online for in-store pickup, you may cancel or return it under the following conditions:



-For footwear, please try the item on in-store to confirm fit. Once confirmed, the sale is final.


-If you need to exchange unworn footwear, you may do so within 7 days.


-Full store credit is available for exchanges within the 7-day period.


-If you prefer a refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply.


-If the footwear doesn’t fit at pickup, you may exchange or request a refund on the same day.


-No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days.


In certain cases, we may offer store credit beyond the return window at our discretion.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

All in-store returns must be made in person.


-Bicycles, framesets, tested Nordic skis, and

special orders are final sale.


-Footwear may be exchanged within 7 days, if unworn and in original packaging.


-A 15% restocking fee applies if the purchase is returned for a refund instead of exchange.


-No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return or exchange:


-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.


-All original tags and packaging must be intact and undamaged.


-A valid receipt is required.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

-Custom orders


-Special orders


-Cycling shorts


-Baselayer bottoms


-Items discounted 20% or more
