There is an awful lot of misinformation about aerodynamics in the bicycle industry. Most of it is based upon marketing hype and new speak to make claims that one frame is 20% faster than another. The Ciociaro uses ultralight Toray T1000 japanese Carbon fibre. It focuses on the true mathematics behind what makes a rider faster on the bike. The tubing profiles is built around not only how fast the frame is in a straight line but how the bike will handle at various degrees of YAW. We used a carbon lay up schedule specifically to help increase the comfort of the ride that so many aero frames deny their rider. After all, the fastest rider is the one who is least fatigued at the finish to take the sprint. The Ciociaro is named after the Ciociaro Club in Windsor, On. The club had a solid road race team for decades but also helped host many races in the region. The first bicycle races the found of Prologue ever saw was a criterium at the Caboto Club at 12 years of age. This lead to a life time passion for bike racing which the desire is still as strong today as it was in 1987.
