Built for fast and light ski touring, the Atomic Backland Expert UL is a touring boot that features Frictionless Pivot and a Glass Fiber loaded shell for stability, speed, and efficiency. The durable Boa® Fit System ensures a precise fit that can be effortlessly adjusted on the go while the new Speed Strap cuff closure system integrates the buckle and power strap all in one for single action for super quick transitions between walk and ski mode. The Free / Lock 4.0 system fixes the cuff firmly in place as you switch modes from walk to ski. The 3D Gold Tour UL liner is reinforced with Dura Shield by adding a two-stage protection of TPU and mesh for added protection against daily wear and tear. The Backland Expert UL ranks high on comfort with a Flex 90 stiffness rating and is the most cost-effective way to experience all the best Backland innovations with minimal compromise.
