In-Store pickup is free, except for large items that may be store in our Montreal warehouse i.e. Thule, specials order bikes or trainers.
Wait for your confirmation of fulfillment email and head over to the shop during business hours, Monday to Friday 11am-5pm.
Orders are normally fulfilled within 24 hours for in-store pickup, excluding special and custom orders.
Thule products are subject to a 99$ flat fee per item.
For bicycle orders, please give us a call to confirm that the bike you want IS in fact available at the warehouse.

Shipping Outside of Canada
At this time we only ship within Canada, sorry for the inconvenience. If you are looking to purchase or order a Prologue custom bike and do not reside in Canada, reach out and we estimate a shipping price to your location if available

your package be lost, stolen, or should you be unable to locate it for any reason despite it being listed as delivered (via tracking number).
On line purchases can only be returned for a refund if the following criteria is met. Item purchased but not be discounted more than 10%. All Items marked down below 20% off are FINAL SALE (no exceptions). Refund must be initiated by the client within 48 hours of receiving the product. No returns will be accepted unless the item is unused and in the original packaging. The buyer covers the cost of return shipping. We will not except refunds for reasons of buyer remorse or claiming you found something cheaper elsewhere. All Bicycles and Nordic skis are final sale (No exception).
In-store pick up
If you purchase on item on-line for in-store pick up you can cancel the purchase and ask for a refund if the following criteria are met: Regarding footwear, you must try the shoe or boot on in the store to confirm fit. If it fits then there is no reason to return it and we will not accept any returns beyond 7 days. If you which to exchange it for another item or have a store credit then 100% of the value will be credited. If you have found an item somewhere else within the 7 day period then there is a 15% restocking fee for the item you are returning. If you purchase footwear for in-store pick up and the item you purchased does not fit correctly then you may exchange it for get a refund from the store the day of pick up. We will not be accepting any refunds after 7 days.
All in-store purchases must be returned in-store. All tested ski selector nordic skis are final sale. All bicycle and framesets are final sale. All special orders are final sale. Boots and shoes may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee if you have decided to forgo the purchase all together within the 7 day period. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 7 days.
Return & Exchange Conditions
For all returns and exchanges:
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged
- All original tags and packaging must be attached and undamaged
- You must have a valid receipt

We will happily assist you with warranty concerns for items purchased from Euro-Sports if you discover a manufacturer’s defect within the manufacturer’s warranty period. A valid receipt is required. If the item was not purchased at Euro-Sports, we suggest contacting the store where you made the purchase.
