In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is always free!

Wait for your confirmation of fulfillment email and head over to the shop during busniess hours, Monday to Friday 11am-5pm.

Orders are normally fullfilled within 24 hours for in-store pickup, excluding special and custom orders.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are shipped out as quickly as possible on regular business days Monday to Friday

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours

Shipping Fees Within Canada

Currently we are shipping through Canada Post; if you prefer a shipping method that is not mentioned, email the store at euro-sports.ca and we will do our best to accommodate

Shipping Outside of Canada

At this time we only ship within Canada, sorry for the inconvenience.  If you are looking to purchase or order a Prologue custom bike and do not reside in Canada, reach out and we estimate a shipping price to your location if available

Exeptions

Note: Some orders may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges due to size, weight or replacement value (insured shipments). You will be notified of any extra charges via email or phone before we continue processing your order.

 

Note: United Euro-Sports will not accept responsibility should
your package be lost, stolen, or should you be unable to locate it for any reason despite it being listed as delivered (via tracking number).

Return Policy

Online Purchases

Purchases made online can be returned in-store or mailed to the store within 14 days of
the purchase date. Items returned within 14 days will be be returned to the original form of payment.

Online purchases can be returned for store credit up to 30 days of the original purchase date.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Online purchases can only be exchanged in store.  We are not able to offer exchanges online, though you are able to return your unwanted item(s) by mail and start a new order.

Refunds are made to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process.

In-Store Purchases

We will happily accept returns of in-store purchases within 14 days of purchase date and will offer an exchange or store credit for
up to 30 days of purchase date. 

After 30 days we will no longer accept returns.

All in-store purchases must be returned in-store.

Refunds are made to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process.

Return & Exchange Conditions

For all returns and exchanges:

- Items must not be washed, worn or damanged

- All original tags and packaging must be attached and undamaged

- You must have a valid receipt

The following items are final sale and not eligible for
return or exchange:

- Wetsuits

- Custom Orders

- Special Orders

- Sale items marked down to 40% off or greater

Warranty Claims

We will happily assist you with warranty concerns if you purchased an item from Euro-Sports and discover a manufacturer’s defect within the manufacturer’s warranty period.  A valid receipt is required.  If the item was not purchased at Euro-Sports we suggest contacting the store in which you made the purchase.
